SPAIN AND PORTUGAL WINE TOUR 11 DAYS

DAY 1. MADRID AIRPORT – MADRID

Arrival at the Airport and transfer to the hotel, check in at the hotel in Madrid. You will enjoy some free time. Afternoon walking tour with your tour director around, plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market and puerta del sol.
Tonight we have special Welcome Tapas dinner at the local restaurant and return to the Hotel

DAY 2. MADRID

After the Breakfast, we will start the Madrid city sightseeing with local guide, including entrance fees to the Royal Palace, also we can see the Alcala Gate, Templo de Debod, Bernabeu Stadium, etc. Lunch on your own. Afternoon free time for shops.
Special dinner at the local Restaurant, including wines from Madrid area tasting. Return to the Hotel. Lodging.

DAY 3. MADRID – SANTO DOMINGO DE LA CALZADA – LOGROÑO

After the breakfast depart by coach to Santo Domingo de la Calzada, Cellar visit including special lunch including differents Riojas Wines. After Santo Domingo walking tour with your tour director. Continuation depart by coach to Logroño. Lodging at the Hotel

DAY 4. LOGROÑO – GUETARIA – SAN SEBASTIAN

After the breakfast we will visit a Typical Cellar with differents wines tastings, continuation depart to Guetaria free time in this nice place, the lunch on your own in their typicals restaurants with sea views. Continuation depart to San Sebastian. Dinner and Lodging at the Hotel.

DAY 5. SAN SEBASTIAN

After the Breakfast, San Sebastian city sightseeing with your tour director, we can see the old town and its famous Playa de la Concha. After we will visit two differents typicals Bars and take differents Pintxos and we will taste their incredible Txacoli wine. Free afternoon for shops or continue visiting this wonderful city. Lodging at the hotel

DAY 6. SAN SEBASTIAN – BILBAO

After the Breakfast we depart by coach to Bilbao, City sightseeing with local guide, including the entrance to the Guggenheim Museum and also we will see the old Town. Special lunch at the local typical Restaurant. Afternoon free for shops Lodging at the Hotel.

DAY 7. BILBAO – PEÑAFIEL – VALLADOLID

After the breakfast depart by coach to Peñafiel, visit one typical cellar and after in this place we will take a special lunch including different wines from the Ribera del Duero area. Continuation Peñafiel walking tour with you tour director and depart to Valladolid. Lodging at the Hotel

DAY 8. VALLADOLID – SALAMANCA – PINHAO

After breakfast we depart to Salamanca, walking tour with your tour director, you can see the famous Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. We will see the famous University, lunch on your own. After we will depart to Portugal and the nice Pinhao Area. Dinner at the Hotel.

DAY 9. PINHAO – PORTO

After breakfast we will visit a typical cellar, you can taste its famous port wines, continuation depart to Porto. Lunch included at the local Restaurant. In the afternoon Porto city sightseeing with the local guide, including entrance fees to the Cathedral, also you can see your wonderful Station, also will visit a Cellar including tasting wines and After Check at the hotel and loging.

DAY 10. PORTO

After breakfast, depart to Guimarães, visit around this medieval city, including entrance fees to the Castle, lunch on your own. Return to Porto.
Before Farewell typical dinner at the local Restaurant we will do a Douro river cruise

DAY 11. PORTO AIRPORT

Breakfast at the hotel or take away, depending on our departure time. Transfer to airport. End of our Services
