ESSENTIAL ITALY AND THE AMALPHITAN COAST 11 DAYS

Day 1. VENICE AIRPORT – VENICE

Arrival at the airport, meet your tour director and transfer to the hotel. Rest
of the day off. Accommodation at the Hotel

DAY 2. VENICE

Breakfast. Walking tour of this romantic city. Its ancient and stately palaces stand out, the Rialto Bridge and the Bridge of Sighs, the beautiful Saint Mark’s Square. We will finish our visit in a famous Factory of the typical glass of Murano. Later we will take a panoramic boat tour of the lagoon, from where we will have beautiful views of the city, we can see the Church of Santa María la Salute and the bay of San Marcos. Free time. In the afternoon, we suggest you optionally take a gondola ride through its popular channels. Return to the Hotel and lodging

DAY 3. VENICE – PADUA – FLORENCE

Breakfast. Free time until our departure towards Padua. Stop and free time to be able
visit the Basilica of San Antonio. Continuation to Florence, possibly the most beautiful city Italian and world art center, where we will arrive in the late afternoon. Accommodation at the Hotel

DAY 4. FLORENCE

After breakfast we will do the Florence city sightseeing with local guide, we will see the Brunelleschi’s splendid Duomo, Ghiberti’s famous Baptistry Doors, Santa Croce and the Piazza della Signoria. Also is included the entrance to the Accademia, where we can see the famous David by Miguel Angel. Lunch on your own. Afternoon free to further explore this amazing city. Accommodation at the hotel

DAY 5. FLORENCE – SIENA – ASIS – ROME

Breakfast and departure to see the plaza del Campo de Siena, and remember the beautiful images of the famous “palio race” that is celebrated in it every year. We continue our journey to Asís, the city of San Francisco. Weather free for lunch and know the upper and lower basílicas. Continuation to Rome. To last hour we will make a tour of the illuminated Rome and admire all the splendor of the city and its beautiful monuments. Accommodation at the Hotel

DAY 6. ROME

After breakfast we will start the Rome City sightseeing with the local guide, including entrance fees to the Vaticano Museum, Capilla Sixtina, San Pedro Basílica and Coliseum. Lunch on your own. Afternoon free for shops. Lodging at the Hotel

DAY 7. ROME

After breakfast, free day to continue exploring this beautiful city with your tour director and free time for shopping. Hotel accommodation

DAY 8. ROME – NAPLES – CAPRI – SORRENTO – SALERNO

Breakfast. Early departure to the city of Naples, brief panoramic visit in which we will spend by the Plaza del Plebiscito, the fortress of the Anjovinos, the royal palace, the opera of San Carlos, the views of the bay from the Vómero, Santa Lucia and its Castillo del Huevo. There we will embark towards the island of Capri, where we will know its Marina Grande and population. Free time. Back we will pass through the elegant city of Sorrento, of Roman origin and preferred destination for Holiday for its luxurious and prestigious hotels, restaurants and cafés. Accommodation at the hotel

DAY 9. SALERNO – POMPEII – AMALPHITAN COAST – SALERNO

Breakfast. Visit of Pompeii, the best preserved sample of an ancient city Rome engulfed by the ashes of the eruption from the Vesuvius volcano. We will continue along the coast
Amalfitana where you will visit the beautiful towns of Positano and Amalfi, a city with a beautiful architecture, included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. Accommodation in Salerno.

DAY 10. SALERNO – ROME

Breakfast and departure to Rome. Arrival and rest of the day free to continue enjoying
of the city and be able to make the last shopping. Accommodation.

DAY 11. ROME – ROME AIRPORT

Breakfast at the hotel or take away, depending on our departure time. Transfer to airport. End of our Services
